This is why we offer the widest range of rolls on the market that work in all the brands of dispensers that have reproduced the bib system invented by SAC-O-MAT.
Our plastic bags are made from non-polluting, 100% recycled and recyclablemineral material. As these used plastics have already had a “first life”, their reuse saves valuable resources, reduces the amount of waste and ultimately reduces CO2 emissions. Recycling and the use of recycled material in product manufacturing processes are part of a recognised expertise and demonstrate commitment to the objective of reducing carbon impact.
We also offer a range of compostable bags made from certified biobased materials “OK COMPOST HOME”. Their design complies with the standards in force, in particular the technical standard NF T 51-800 for domestic composting and EN13432 for biodegradation. These biodegradable bags are labelled “Origine France Garantie”, controlled and validated in accordance with the criteria of the NF quality charter.
Our poo bag rolls have handles. The latter are essential for separating bags for unitary distribution, which limits overconsumption in public dispensers, preserves the environment and reduces the consumable budgets of municipalities.
In contrast to rolls, standard tear-off bags (except for the patented APRICO product) do not allow for bag-by-bag distribution. Indeed, the bundle distribution system will have a consumption three times higher.
Finally, the tie straps ensure a clean gesture to respect the comfort and hygiene of the users, but also of the employees in charge of handling the waste of the public litter bins.
Our bags are rolled up one after the other. A calibrated breaking point between bags determines their separation at the dispenser exit while leaving the bottom of the next bag accessible for a second pick-up.
Samples are taken during production and run through the SAC-O-MAT test rigs to certify a breaking point between 9 and 10 newtons and their welds.
Our plastic bags are designed to be safe and hygienic for users who want to pick up dog poop. Their strengths are well beyond their use in stretching, tearing and porosity. The quality of the raw material used to make the bags ensures that they are odour-proof. The most common dog bags on the market are 13 to 15 microns thick. We have chosen a thickness of 15 microns, without going beyond that, out of respect for the raw materials.
The mandrel of the rolls should be 205mm to ensure accurate braking of the rollers and to facilitate installation in the dispensers. This also allows adaptation for all types of bag roll dispensers available on the market.
APRICO references are designed to pick up dog waste of all sizes. These formats have been tested and validated by users (individuals, vets, dog clubs, etc.).
Each bag is silk-screened with a text encouraging people to keep the city clean. Accompanied by the APRICO dog head, a thank you to users for their exemplary behaviour follows. A set of pictograms, which are fun and easy to understand, remind us that the bag is for non-food use. It clearly announces the use of these bags for the collection of dog waste. A white, solvent-free, water-based ink is used to ensure good print quality, without impacting our planet.
